Moseley to Lead
Community Bank & Trust
SHEBOYGAN—Community Bank &
Trust has promoted Scott Moseley to
president and chief operating officer.
He previously served as regional
president. His experience also includes
serving as regional market president
and commercial lender for another
financial institution.
Changes at Loyal
LOYAL—Citizens State Bank of Loyal
has promoted Mike
Dieck to senior
vice president and
chief credit officer.
He joined CSB a
year ago and most
recently held the
position of vice
president, commercial loan officer.
Heather Beiler, vice president,
has been promoted
to Retail Banking
Officer.
She will continue
as branch manager,
residential mortgage
lender in the Marsh-
field office.
Lori Weyhmiller, vice president,
has been appointed
information technol-
ogy and operations
officer. Weyhmiller
has been with CSB
for over 25 years.
LaNae Sebesta has
been promoted to
vice president and compliance officer.
She has been with CSB over six years,
most recently holding the title of assis-
tant vice president, loan review officer.
Nora Engelberth has been pro-
moted to vice
president, deposit
operations, respon-
sible for all deposit
operations and
documentation. She
works out of the
Loyal office and will
remain the branch manager there.
Jenni Brock has been promoted to
assistant vice president, communica-
tions and human resources officer.
Brock has been with CSB over nine
years.
Ridgestone’s Lammers
Elected to NAGGL Board
BROOKFIELD—Bruce Lammers,
president and CEO of Ridgestone
Bank, was elected to the Board of
Directors of the National Association
of Government Guaranteed Lenders
(NAGGL). He is one of nine individu-
als representing small lenders on the
25-member board.
Ridgestone Bank is the seventh
largest SBA lender in the country and
has been the number one SBA lender
in Illinois for five consecutive years.
The bank is the second largest SBA
lender in Wisconsin and Indiana.
Lammers will work with NAGGL
to support the SBA 7(a) program,
which helps small businesses gain
access to capital through government
guaranteed financing. “NAGGL is
a crucial organization for the SBA,”
Lammers said. “I hope to work with
NAGGL to assure the continued brand
promise of the SBA, and ultimately
help more small businesses succeed.”
NAGGL works to streamline the
SBA process to make it easier for lend-
ers to deliver financing to job-creating
small businesses.
Baylake Promotion
STURGEON BAY—Baylake Bank has
promoted Jamie Alberts to market
president for the bank’s Green Bay
region.
Choice Bank Adds
Compliance Officer
OSHKOSH—Choice Bank named Bill
Kahl as assistant vice president - com-
pliance officer last
year. With almost
30 years of experi-
ence in the banking
industry, Kahl is
a past director of
compliance services
at FIPCO and has
over 22 years of experience as a vice
president and loan compliance officer
at two community banks in the Fox
Valley. He is a Certified Regulatory
Compliance Manager-(CRCM). Kahl
obtained a degree in business manage-
ment from Ripon College, graduating
with honors while participating on the
varsity football team.
Mekemson Named SVP
at Bank Mutual
BROWN DEER—Dan Mekemson
was named senior vice president and
director of mortgage lending at Bank
Mutual. Mekemson, who has spent 41
years in banking and mortgage leader-
ship roles, will coordinate all aspects
of Bank Mutual’s mortgage banking.
Prior to joining Bank Mutual,
Mekemson was president of Mekem-
son Consulting Services LLC where he
provided a variety of advisory services
to banks, savings institutions, and
mortgage companies. Prior to starting
his own company, Mekemson served
as senior vice president of mortgage
banking at Johnson Bank and senior
vice president of residential lending at
Firstar Home Mortgage.
Horicon Banker Named
Young Leader
HORICON—Steve Leaman, assistant
vice president of business banking at
the Fond du Lac branch of Horicon
Bank was named one of the 2013
Future 5 by the Young Professionals of
Fond du Lac.
The Young Professionals group is
designed for professionals living or
working in the Fond du Lac area who
are ages 21 to 40 (or those who are
young at heart). The 2013 Future 5
recognizes upcoming leaders in the
community. Leaman joined four other
area professionals in receiving the first
annual award.
Remus Named COO at
Westbury
WEST BEND—Westbury Bancorp,
the parent company of Westbury Bank,
named Greg J. Remus as chief operating
officer of both the company and bank.
Remus, who joined the company in
2009, most recently served as senior
vice president of lending. In his new
role, Remus will oversee the commercial
business, multi-family, and commercial
real estate loan portfolio.
In addition, Westbury Bancorp also
named William D. Gehl, former presi-
dent and CEO of the Gehl Company, as
