DeBiasio Promoted
CROSS PLAINS—State Bank of Cross
Plains has promoted
Mark DeBiasio
to executive vice
president and chief
financial officer.
He has over 25
years of financial
experience with
an emphasis on financial manage-
ment and accounting. Most recently,
DeBiasio was chief financial officer at
the bank since October, 2011. Prior to
joining the State Bank of Cross Plains,
he helped start a de novo bank in
Florida and worked for the 60th larg-
est U.S. financial holding company as
its corporate vice president/assistant
controller.
DeBiasio graduated with a master’s
degree in accounting from Robert
Morris University in Pennsylvania
and earned a Certified Management
Accountant designation and Certified
Financial Manager designation from
the Institute of Certified Management
Accountants.
Tietz New SVP at Securant
MENOMONEE FALLS—Securant
Bank & Trust has promoted Dale Tietz
to senior vice president-commercial
banking.
In addition, Securant made several
vice president appointments. Mickie
Steldt was promoted to vice president
commercial banking. Richard Ziebell
was promoted to vice president-
mortgage banking. Spence Mather was
promoted to vice president-commer-
cial banking.
Gingras New SVP for

Wisconsin
BETTENDORF, Iowa—The National
Bank promoted Michael Gingras to
senior vice president, market presi-
dent for the bank’s Wisconsin market.
Kolstad Honored
MARINETTE—The Stephenson
National Bank &
Trust recently hon-
ored Karen Kolstad,
SNTB Trust Officer,
with the 2013 Mary
L. Staudenmaier
WINGS (Worthy
Individual Noted for
Generous Service) Award. Named in
honor of the bank’s former chairman
and long-time president, the award
celebrates Kolstad’s outstanding com-
mitment to community service.
Kolstad received the award for her
230 hours of volunteer service in 2013
to the following organizations: Zion
Lutheran Church, River Cities Habitat
for Humanity, Stephenson Public
Library, Fortune Lake Lutheran Camp,
and Northern Great Lakes Synod
(ELCA).
Kolstad received a plaque and her
name and photograph will be added to
the WINGS display at the bank’s Mari-
nette location. In addition, the bank
made a $500 contribution in her name
that was split equally between her four
volunteer organizations.
Information Technology
Specialist
A progressive $80M independent Community
Bank in Northern Wisconsin is seeking a
strong Information Technology Specialist
for their team.
Candidates for this position should have
extensive computer/technology training with
experience/knowledge of Banking related
processes and procedures preferred and
effective time management and exceptional
documentation skills are necessary.
This position will provide technology support to
all departments in the Bank to include: Desktop
PC and Printer set up and maintenance;
software set up and updates; administration
of theWebsite and Social Media activities,
along with some graphic design functions;
new technology products and processes, setup,
testing and monitoring; third party vendor
coordination for Security Systems, Telephone
administration, Bank Security and Disaster
Recovery/Business Continuity administration.
This position will perform direct support as the
Liaison with the Fiserv core processor located
in Southeast Wisconsin and may include travel
to Customer Meetings and training events,
will coordinate, manage and monitor third
party network administrator functions and
coordinate IT related regulatory examinations
and audits.
This is a full time position with a benefits
package including Health Insurance, Life
Insurance, 401K, Paid Vacation and Holidays.
Starting salary is commensurate with both IT
experience and training along with Banking
related experience.
