Bank to Establish
Headquarters in
Cedarburg
CEDARBURG—Partnership Com-
munity Bancshares, Inc., the holding
company of Partnership Bank, plans
to establish its headquarters in Cedar-
burg early next year. All of Partner-
ship’s offices — including the Tri-City
branches it purchased in Cedarburg
and Grafton last year, as well as
Mequon, Watertown, and Tomah —
will carry the Partnership name.
“Operating as one bank, under
one name and a single bank charter,
better aligns our organization to the
ever-changing banking landscape and
provides significant efficiencies that
will benefit our clients and the local
communities our banks serve,” Dean
Fitting, chairman and founder of Part-
nership Community Bancshares Inc.,
said according to a Sept. 12 Milwau-
kee Journal Sentinel article.
The former chief executive of Oza-
ukee Bank, Fitting retired in 2005, but
following Ozaukee Bank’s purchase
by Harris Bank, he returned to com-
munity banking, raising more than
$10 million to start Partnership Com-
munity Bancshares. Partnership then
purchased First Bank, as well as Town
and Country Bank in Watertown.
Denmark Remodels
Branch
DENMARK—Denmark State Bank
has remodeled its branch in Whitelaw.
DePere-based Alliance Construction
and Design served as the project’s gen-
eral contractor.
Royal Bank Office
Completes Renovations

SPRING GREEN—Royal Bank cel-
ebrated the addition of its first ATM
in Spring Green and office renovations
in September with an open house,
providing refreshments and collecting
food pantry donations. The renovated
building also provides expanded space
for additional safe deposit boxes, a
room for customer privacy when fill-
ing out personal information, and a
conference room.
First Menasha to Sell
Stock
NEENAH—First Menasha Banc-
shares, the holding company of First
National Bank-Fox Valley, is raising
capital to increase lending. The hold-
ing company has filed to raise $20.1
million in new capital and will sell
stock to qualified investors.
With four branches in Neenah,
Menasha, Appleton, and Oshkosh, the
company has assets of $369 million.
It expects to open a fifth branch in
Appleton around Dec. 1.
Waterstone Mortgage
Named USDA Platinum
Lender
PEWAUKEE—The U.S. Department
of Agriculture named Waterstone
Mortgage Company, a subsidiary of
WaterStone Bank, a 2013 Platinum
Million Dollar Lender.
The Agency grants the award each
year to lenders that have worked with
Wisconsin rural residents trying to
become homeowners through the
USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing
Program. The award is distributed
at silver, gold, and platinum levels,
according to total funding dollars the
lender uses.
During fiscal year 2013, the Com-
pany utilized more than $5 million in
Guaranteed Rural Housing funds. The
Company also closed more than 530
USDA loans across the country last
year.
