Cornerstone
GRAFTON—Cornerstone Commu-
nity Bank has promoted Jody Filo to
vice president-compliance officer. Filo
has worked at the bank for 15 years,
serving as teller, head teller, personal
banker, bookkeeper, loan proces-
sor, IT coordinator, and compliance
coordinator.
Faulkner Named VP at
Bank First National
MANITOWOC— Bank First National
Corp. has named Aaron Faulkner as
vice president of business banking.
With nine years of banking experi-
ence, Faulkner previously held posi-
tions of senior relationship manager
/ business banking, mortgage lender,
and senior credit manager with a
national financial institution. He
earned a BBA from St. Norbert Col-
lege and a MBA with an emphasis in
finance from Lakeland College.
Ovokaitys Joins First
Business

Services, Inc., has hired Dan Ovoka-
itys as Chief Informa-
tion Officer. He joins
First Business with
over 23 years of experi-
ence in IT leadership.
He previously worked
at Merz Pharmaceu-
ticals, as the head of
Corporate IT for the company’s North
and South America subsidiaries.
Ovokaitys has also held IT leadership
positions for Aurora Health Care, and
the American Transmission Company.
He holds a degree in business and
computer systems from the Milwau-
kee School of Engineering.
Monnett Promoted

moted Jason Monnett
to vice president and
senior loan officer. He
will be based in Osh-
kosh and will lead the
lending department
and oversee the WBD’s
business development
activities. Monnett has been with
WBD for 12 years. He holds a B.S.
degree in economics, political science,
and secondary education from the
University of Wisconsin-Madison and
is a graduate of the Wisconsin Bank-
ers Association Commercial Lending
School and the Graduate School of
Banking at UW-Madison.
