Denee Mott Joins First
Business

Northeast has hired Denee Mott, CTP®
as vice president-busi-
ness development. She
will focus on the com-
mercial lending and
treasury management
needs of businesses in
the Lakeshore Area,
including Manitowoc, Sheboygan, and
Door counties.
Mott previously worked with
Associated Bank and Baylake Bank.
Mott holds a degree in finance
with an emphasis on financial
planning from the University of
Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Hogan Joins River Valley
Bank
ROTHSCHILD—Jan Patrick Hogan
has joined River Valley Bank as
market president at its Madison office,
2601 West Beltline Highway, Suite
104. Hogan, who retired as president/
CEO of the State Bank of Cross Plains
in 2011, has more than 35 years of
community banking experience. He
will be instrumental in overseeing
construction of the bank’s new branch
on Murphy Drive in Middleton,
scheduled to open during the first
quarter of 2015.
Established in 1967, River Val-
ley Bank has assets of $1 billion and
serves 13 Wisconsin communities.

SHEBOYGAN— Community Bank
& Trust has hired Jason Engledow as
market president, working out of the
bank’s Glendale office. He has more
than 12 years of banking experience
in Wisconsin and holds an MBA from
Indiana Wesleyan University.
Two Step up to New Roles
MARINETTE— Stephenson National
Bank & Trust has promoted Greg
Salmen to executive vice president and
trust manager, and Charlie Cappaert
now serves as senior vice president
and chief lending officer.
Paul Meier Remembered
CHILTON—Paul Meier, Calumet
County Bank vice president of lend-
ing, passed away in August, after a long
and courageous battle with cancer. He
joined the bank as assistant vice presi-
dent for commercial and agricultural
lending in 2006, following positions
held at CIT Financial, State Bank of
Chilton, M&I Bank, and National
Exchange Bank in Marytown.
He leaves behind his wife; Laura
and two children.
